The peaches have a special flavor. Sweet, slightly sour, and also slightly salty with a peach flavor. Very interesting taste experience. The consistency of the skin is firm but not leathery, with a bite. The inside is nice and soft, sticks to the teeth a bit but feels very nice when chewed. The size of the individual fruits is almost too big for me. They are easy to divide in half and store them further.
