After eating bergamo ice cream for dessert on vacation in Crete, I wanted to recreate it at home. The fruits are perfect, but I prefer lemon to bergamot. It's probably because Earl Grey tea is very heavily scented.

1 year ago Cord described here what she makes of it all.. I did that too and was really impressed! Thanks for the idea.. I also dried everything and pureed the peels and put something in the black tea and so I made Earl Gray myself without chemicals:) Thanks for the idea <3 I ordered again and I'll do the same.
The 1/4 fruit is dried and always add to the hot herbal tea, please substances are always good:)
