I think it's one of the best products here.
I don't subtract one star because of the quality, but because it's quite a challenge to open the coconuts and I would have wished that you could either order a special tool that makes it easier to open it, or a link to a recommended coconut opener was available.
The coconut opener, which I ordered cheaply online somewhere else, is not too good and you could possibly also interview locals and upload pictures of how the coconuts are opened there.

I imagined the coconuts in a completely different way. Coconut water is a matter of taste, I don't like it, my daughter loves it.
I was looking forward to the delicious fresh coconut meat, but it was barely available and so slimy that we didn't eat it. Maybe I misunderstood and it's just about drinking the liquid?

vielen Dank für dein ehrliches Feedback zu den jungen frischen Kokosnüssen.
Es tut mir leid zu hören, dass die Kokosnüsse nicht deinen Erwartungen entsprochen haben. Ich kann gut verstehen, dass du dich auf das feste, weiße Kokosfleisch gefreut hattest, wie man es von reifen Kokosnüssen kennt.
Bei jungen, frischen Kokosnüsse ist das Fleisch tatsächlich noch sehr weich und gallertartig, das ist völlig normal für diesen Reifegrad. Das junge Kokosfleisch hat eine ganz andere Konsistenz als das feste, weiße Fleisch reifer Kokosnüsse. Viele schätzen gerade diese zarte, fast gelartige Textur, aber ich verstehe, dass sie gewöhnungsbedürftig sein kann, wenn man etwas anderes erwartet.
Junge Kokosnüsse werden hauptsächlich wegen ihres frischen, natürlichen Kokoswassers geschätzt, aber das junge Fleisch kann durchaus auch gegessen werden, es kann nur eben sehr weich sein. Wie du schon sagst, ist der Geschmack des Kokoswassers definitiv Geschmackssache.
Dein Feedback hilft uns sehr dabei, die Produktbeschreibung noch klarer zu gestalten, damit zukünftige Kunden besser wissen, was sie erwarten können.
