Pistazien können je nach Herkunft und Verarbeitung unterschiedlich schmecken, und wir verstehen, dass das manchmal enttäuschend sein kann. Unsere rohen Pistazien sind weniger intensiv, da sie nicht geröstet werden. Durch das Rösten, wie du es gemacht hast kann man jedoch die Aromen etwas verändern.
