The fruits are super delicious. Unfortunately, almost all of the grenadillas in particular were damaged, which significantly affects the shelf life. I thought it was a real shame.

Es freut mich sehr zu hören, dass dir die Früchte geschmacklich gut gefallen haben! Es tut mir aber wirklich leid, dass einige der Grenadillas beschädigt angekommen sind. Das ist natürlich sehr ärgerlich, wenn die Früchte in Kühlschrank gelagert werden, sollte die Haltbarkeit jedoch trotzdem korrekt sein.
Grenadillas sind leider sehr empfindliche Früchte und können trotz sorgfältiger Verpackung manchmal durch den Transport leiden. Wir nehmen solche Qualitätsprobleme sehr ernst und möchten sicherstellen, dass du mit deiner Lala Box rundum zufrieden bist.
Gib uns doch bitte Bescheid, falls du trotz dessen einen Teil der Früchte nicht verzehren kannst.
