I don't like Spodilla Malay at all. For me, they have a very unique taste that was so disgusting that I haven't even swallowed a bite. The furry coating that forms on the tongue alone was disgusting.

Der von dir beschriebene pelzige, adstringierende Geschmack tritt sehr typisch auf, wenn die Frucht noch nicht vollständig reif ist. Sapodillas enthalten im unreifen Zustand viele Gerbstoffe, die genau dieses trockene, unangenehme Mundgefühl verursachen und den Geschmack stark verfälschen.
Für den optimalen Genuss muss die Sapodilla wirklich sehr weich sein, vergleichbar mit einer sehr reifen Avocado. Häufig benötigt sie nach der Lieferung noch etwas Zeit zum Nachreifen. Erst dann entwickelt sie ihre natürliche Süße und ihr karamelliges Aroma, und die adstringierenden Eigenschaften verschwinden vollständig.
Falls du die Frucht erst geöffnet hast, als sie bereits sehr weich war, und der Geschmack dennoch wie beschrieben unangenehm gewesen sein sollte, war mit der Frucht möglicherweise tatsächlich etwas nicht in Ordnung. In diesem Fall antworte gerne direkt auf diese E-Mail, dann finden wir gemeinsam eine passende Lösung.

Since I can't actually eat a ripe pear, this fruit wasn't mine at all. It actually tastes like ripe pear with caramel. Sorry but never again. But I also found that an instructive encounter with a fruit that I was never able to try like this. Thank you so much for that.
